The Bravo TV show, Top Chef, has to be one of my favorite melodramatic, food related shows on the air. I have been following this series since its beginning and want to share with you a clip from last weeks "Quick Fire" challenge. (To view video click on Paula and Padma!)
The show's premise goes as follows:
- 15-25 talented chefs from all over the country compete to win thousands of dollars and the title of "Top Chef"
-Bold personalities clash when kitchen ideas and recipe stealing slander flies at almost every whim
-Highly experienced and respected chefs judge to select a winner and subsequently, a loser.

This season of "Top Chef All-Stars" is no different, and encompasses even more personal/chef drama, mouth-watering dishes, and intense eliminations. The clip above features the charming Paula Deen, whose love for all things butter, mayonnaise, and deep fried made me especially happy to watch this past week.
