For my first Food Findings post, I wanted to jump right to one of my favorite places in Atlanta to eat. Taqueria Del Sol has to be Atlanta's newest and most reliable addition to "taco stand" style establishments.

With only 3 locations in the greater Atlanta area and one in Athens, Ga., Taqueria boasts quick service, cheap prices, and amazing food.

This picture was taken only a couple of weeks ago and features the glorious Cheeseburger Taco that has won some 'taco' award (mysterious origins) and has been featured at Taq. for months now. This is the kind of taco that you will want to eat over and over and over again and possibly even try another WAY after you're full.

Ground beef, shredded cheese, tomatoes and some aromatic mixture of mayo/lime/jalapeño that will send your taste buds into a screaming tizzy! Sadly, this taco has been retired, banished to the depths of the "Taco of the Day" special that will inevitably only come around once more this year.

For perfectly satisfying margaritas, the best guacamole in town, and easy on the wallet prices, Taqueria Del Sol remains a weekly mainstay for my friends and myself.
